10-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
On most items 1800NiceBuy.com offers an exclusive 10-day exchange policy. Items
must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip,
all warranty cards (not filled-out), manuals and accessories. Shipping
on any item ordered and shipped is not refundable. Furniture must be disassembled
in original packaging and repacked including all bubble pack to protect
it from any further damage. If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it for credit (excluding shipping, handling, and insurance
charges), after you receive a Return Authorization number from 1800NiceBuy.com
(see exceptions above). Returns must be requested within 10 days of the
product's receipt. If goods are not returned in factory condition your
return credit could be deducted by a 15% restocking charge. Depending
on the condition of the goods and packaging material additional charges
may be incurred. No returns will be honored without the original box.
All TV's (27"
or larger) offer in home service. Shipping is not refundable under any
circumstances. Opened Furniture may be subject up to a 20% restocking
charge. For a Return Authorization (RA) number please call Customer Service
at 1-888-488-2489 during our normal business hours,we will be happy to
explain the procedure.

ORDER PROCESS/SHIPPING
At 1800NiceBuy.com we do not charge your credit card until your order
is ready to be shipped. Most Internet sites can’t wait to charge
your credit card days if not weeks before they ship your order! Once they
have your money, you are punished and forced to communicate with the company’s
voice mail Jail system, unless your lucky enough to speak to someone with
broken English that comes up with one excuse after another why your order
has not shipped. At 1800NiceBuy.com if there is a problem with your order,
you will be contacted within a short time and we will not charge your
credit card first!
Most orders are processed in our NY facility. We collect NY State Sales
Tax for all orders shipped to addresses in NY or picked up in our Small
Package Distribution Center in Chestnut Ridge.
We will usually look over your order as soon as we receive to check your
billing and shipping information. If your shipping information is different
from your bill to information you must notify your credit card company
by calling the 800 number on back of your credit card to authorize this
address. Please do so as soon as you can in order for us to not have to
delay your order. After we receive authorization & approval from a
customer's credit/debit card company for the charge, we are now required
to call the credit/debit card company and receive an “address approval”
before we are permitted to ship products.Once a product ships, you are
responsible for all shipping charges. Since a large number of orders we
receive are "fraudulent", we do not consider an order to be
a valid order until after it passes through the Credit/Debit Card Processing
and Fraud Control (CCPFC) process.
Once UPS has possession of your package, you should receive an email directly
from them with the tracking number and estimated delivery date. The entire
“ground” process takes 2-5 Business Days. The “clock”
on total processing and shipping time commences only after we receive
shipping approval from your Credit/Debit Card Company. Expediting the
shipping (next day..etc) will only shorten the time of shipment after
being processed.
For all larger items
(furniture and TV's over 24") , TV City uses ground Interstate Common
Carriers who specialize in transporting TVs/Consumer Electronics. The
entire “ground” process takes 2-7 Business Days but shipping
times are estimated and dependant upon weather, traffic, and new 9/11
Security Checks. Once the shipment arrives in the nearest metropolitan
area, a local delivery firm will call you to arrange for the delivery
date & time window [either am/pm]. Delivery companies will not show
up without telephone notification. For this reason, it would be beneficial
for you to leave your cell phone number when ordering. Drivers are usually
by themselves and when a liftgate is not available, may need your help
in lowering it from the delivery truck. Once off the truck, that item
can usually be moved via hand truck to your door. In most cases, your
freight can be brought to your door, but can not always be guarranteed
due to certain liabilities. If you make an appointment with the shipping
company to accept the delivery, and are not home, you may be charged a
reschedule fee.
1800NiceBuy.com ‘s delivery prices for large screen TVs include Shipping,
and Insurance. Before ordering, please make sure that your new TV (in
the box) will easily fit though all of your doors, stairs, and hallways.
If your new TV doesn’t fit inside your home, you may return it (and
pay the associated two-way shipping charges).
 PAYMENT
OPTIONS
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Dinners Club.
In addition to that we also accept Federal Funds Wire Transfers, Traveler’s
Checks, Certified checks Money orders. For personal checks, when the funds
clear, your order will be processed. For wire transfers Please call us
in advance for our bank information. Sorry, we do not have a “pay
as you go” plans.
 CREDIT/DEBIT
CARD PROCESSING & FRAUD CONTROL
Management reviews for accuracy all orders before processing. If there
is a discrepancy, we will contact you via either email or telephone before
we accept an order. Upon credit approval from your Credit/Debit Card Company,
we will verify the shipping address. If the shipping address does not
match your Credit/Debit card's billing address, you must notify your Credit/Debit
card company that you wish to place an "Alternate Shipping Address"
on your account. This is easily done by calling the number printed on
the back of your credit/debit card. We will contact your bank and verify
the complete name, address, phone number, and alternate shipping information.
The time that the Credit Card process takes is dependant upon three factors
1) you notifying your credit/debit card company of an alternate shipping
address (if applicable), 2) your credit/debit card company's responsiveness
to our calls, 3) our ability to contact you during normal business hours
(your cell phone is the best method) , if there is a problem. For your
protection we will not process and ship any products until the billing
AND shipping information you provided us equals the information that you
provided your bank. The “clock” on total processing and shipping
time commences only after we receive shipping approval from your Credit/Debit
Card Company.
All orders NOT canceled prior to shipping will be subject to round trip
shipping, handling, and insurance charges once shipping has commenced.
 WARRANTY
INFORMATION
1800NiceBuy.com only sells first quality brand new merchandise made for the
US market in factory sealed boxes. We do not sell refurbished goods. All
our goods carry a full USA manufactures warranty. For the first 10 days
in the event that your merchandise fails to work properly just give us
a call. Your merchandise will be either repaired or replaced at 1800NiceBuy.com
and/or the manufacturer’s sole discretion. 1800NiceBuy.com will work
with you and the manufacturer (or authorized service center) to resolve
any problem. Naturally, all the standard terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s
original warranty apply.
For your convenience, TVs including Plasma/LCD Monitors and other large
items are normally repaired locally by an authorized service center. TV’s
24” and larger usually come with in home service! For items that
must be returned to us, please view the Return Authorization procedures
outlined in our Return authorization section.
Each product is also subject to the warranty coverage and restrictions
set forth by the respective manufacturers covering replacement of defective
parts and service for repair of their products. To locate a manufacturer's
authorized service center, please refer to the product manual that was
shipped with your merchandise.
If you receive a piece of furniture with shipping damage, please call
Customer Service at 1-888-488-2489 as soon as possible. Our furniture
manufacturers are very good about sending out replacement parts, so do
not worry. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to
validate a claim.
 PRE-ORDERS
Pre-Orders can be placed for items that are not currently available. Pre-Orders
will only be charged when the product is ready to be shipped. We fill
Pre-Orders using a First In; First Out basis from the date the Pre-Order
was ordered. Expected release and shipment dates will be provided when
available. For your convenience, Pre-orders may be canceled at anytime
prior to shipment.
 SPECIAL
ORDERS & BACK ORDERS
Special Orders and Back Orders can be placed for items that are not currently
available. We do not charge your card until the item is ready to ship.
Special & Back Orders will be charged and shipped when the product
arrives at the guaranteed price noted on your order. We fill Special &
Back Orders using First In; First Out basis from the date the order was
charged. Although Special Orders may not be canceled or returned, Back
Orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping. Back Orders not canceled
prior to shipping will be responsible for the round trip shipping, handling,
and insurance charges once shipping has commenced.
 PICKING
UP AT OUR NY WAREHOUSE
If you are interested in picking up at one of our New York facilities,
you must call in advance. In most cases you will avoid any shipping charges,
however NYS sales tax will be collected. For any orders picked up at our
NY facilities, pick up arrangements can be made. Depending on the size
of your item, we must determine the most convenient location for you to
pick it up from. Please call us in advance at 1-888-488-2489
 INSPECTING
YOUR SHIPMENT
It is always a good idea to inspect all deliveries for any outside visible
damage. Please check for crushed corners, holes, rips, and tears. Not
that you need to refuse a package for this, but if the outside damage
is notated next to your signature, it sure helps both of us when we need
to make a claim. If you notice any of the mentioned items, it’s
a good idea to inspect the contents right there to avoid any problems.
Delivery companies love for you to sign a delivery receipt clear of any
notations so they can avoid all responsibility! However, unless you see
or hear broken glass, there is no need to refuse the package for abuse
if the product is OK. Outside damage doesn’t usually mean the contents
will be damaged, but it is good to play it safe. For your protection,
1800NiceBuy.com purchases full insurance coverage from the various Interstate
Common Carriers that we employ to ensure that the merchandise you ordered
arrives undamaged. In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives with
physical damage or
shortage:
Please insist to the carrier that you need to inspect the package further
for any possible damage. Offer him a beer if necessary! Advise the carrier’s
representative that there is physical damage (or a shortage) and note
the damage (or shortage) on the air bill (all damage/shortage must be
stated on the air bill, no damage/shortage claims are accepted AFTER the
delivery has been made). Do NOT sign the air bill stating that the merchandise
was received in “Good Condition”. Please retain all shipping
materials. Please notify our Customer Service Department as soon as possible
at 1-888-488-2489. A representative of the Interstate Common Carrier will
contact you to make arrangements for viewing and assessing the damages.
In most cases, minor damage is repaired or replaced within 7-14 days.
In any case, you won’t get stuck with broken merchandise.
 RETURN
AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please note that an RA number does not guarantee final disposition. All
returns are subject to inspection.
All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition,
including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards
(not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything
on the item or the package. Please do not cover the original box with
tape in areas where the box was not taped originally. Although we don’t
like to, we have to charge you for replacement of damaged, altered missing,
written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse
any such returns.
Please pack the products into their original box with plenty of packing
material and place the original box in a shipping box taped securely.
Most of our customers use services like Mail Boxes Etc.® (at their
expense) to pack/ship returned goods.
Please write the RA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside
of the shipping carton (not the product carton). Please allow approximately
1-3 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived
at our warehouse.
Sorry, but any merchandise returned to us without authorization (one of
our RA numbers) will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight
prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured".
We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

1800NiceBuy.com shall have no liability to you or any third party under any
legal theory for special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential
damages arising from shipping delays or errors, system downtime, loss
of data or any economic loss, damage or expense arising out of or relating
to the placement or fulfillment of your order, or the use of or inability
to use the products, and in all cases our liability is limited strictly
to replacement, or repair or the value of the products purchased. Since
state laws vary, certain parts of this disclaimer may not apply to you.
If you encounter extreme stress related illness for the inability to program
your remote control, we cannot be held responsible!

that may appear on our web site. Orders are subject to acceptance and
availability.
We reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to changing
market conditions, product discontinuations or typographical or photographic
